4. Payment Terms

Payment Due Date: Upon receipt of the invoice. Accepted Payment Methods: Payment methods will be specified on the invoice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: The Customer may cancel this service at any time. However, the payment is non-refundable and will not be returned.

6. Liability

Limitations of Liability: Agent Base LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the service. The liability of Agent Base LLC shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service. Indemnity: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Agent Base LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the Customer's use of the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Dispute Handling: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties, or through legal action if necessary. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

8. Modification of Terms

These terms and conditions cannot be modified.

9. Acceptance

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is confirmed upon the submission of payment for the invoice.

10. Additional Clauses

Job post views and job applicant quantities stated on our sales page (https://checkout.agentbase.io/on-demand-campaign) are averages. Performance will vary from job posting to job posting.
