Part of the service we provide is setting up your account with Email and SMS providers. As your usage goes up, so do the chargers from those providers. We pass those usage charges on to you + a small service fee.
In order to send marketing texts and calls. As of August 2023, by law you need A2P (Application-to-Person) registration to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and industry standards. A2P registration helps protect against spam, fraud, and abuse by verifying the legitimacy of application-based messages sent to users. It also fosters trust and enhances the reputation of your business by providing transparency and accountability in your messaging practices. We handle this on your behalf as part of the setup process.
No, we don't directly provide job candidates or traffic. We are however affiliated with multiple vendors in the space, and can help you get setup with them if necessary.
Yes. Since all plans offer SMS capabilities, all plans require A2P Registration. We handle it on your behalf, and it takes around 5-7 days for approval.
How am I charged for usage?
Every Agent Base account comes with a wallet (and monthly complimentary credits!) for usage. Each time a message/email is sent, or call is made, the wallet credits are debited. The wallet is automatically recharged when it reaches the minimum balance set in the Billing settings to ensure that there's no disruption in messaging.
